Automatic Congressional District Coding using Zip+4 Contacts are automatically assigned their Members of Congress when their address information is entered into program or on file import. A separate ZIPMATCH program is also included, which allows you to district code an external database. Using Zip+4 codes to match Congressional Districts assures the highest level of accuracy.
